Mindstate is founded on the observable unique difficulties of human existence and how the difficulties each individual faces throughout a lifetime affect relationships, themselves and other aspects of life that have consequences throughout a lifetime. We found that having someone to talk to with lived experience of the similar difficulties that many people face helped tremendously in feeling understood about their life circumstances and personal challenges but also in building the self-esteem and associated skills and abilities necessary to face life and all its challenges. Mindstate came from personal lived difficulties throughout adolescence and childhood. Mindstate was created to provide a service that addresses a gap in society where many people feel as though current treatment options do not help individuals understand themselves, inadequately appreciate and understand their unique difficulties. Mindstate believes in these personal unique difficulties of each person and turns them into good through the provision of a solid foundation to help facilitate a life that each individual desires.

With over 18 years of experience and a strong practical and academic background in areas including Depression, Anxiety, Workplace Stress and Relationship Issues, I offer my clients a safe environment and sound psychological advice and guidance.
