Nicholas offers Counselling and Psychotherapy, Coaching and Mentoring as well as ‘ADHD Psychotherapeutic Coaching’ to individuals or groups. She has over 25 years of Psychological experience across various settings such as non-for profit organisations, private practice, schools, multinational organisations, corporate offices and international work. Elena is an expert In Psychometric assessments including cognitive, academic, educational, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments for both children and adults. Elena works with a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma and diverse cultures and age groups.
