Emily tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment-Based Therapy. She has a particular interest in working with: Trauma-related presentations, including PTSD and complex trauma Personality disorders Male clients Victims and perpetrators of domestic violence Child and youth victims of sexual abuse Psychological assessment and evaluation Beyond her clinical practice, Emily brings five years of experience as a Child Protection Consultant, collaborating closely with Child Safety and Foster and Kinship Carer Agencies. This multifaceted background informs her approach, allowing her to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and insight.
