Joshua is a skilled and compassionate Exercise Physiologist with a special interest in managing osteoporosis, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, chronic pain, and strength and conditioning. He takes a functional, evidence-based approach to help patients improve movement, rebuild strength, and regain independence in their daily lives.
A graduate of the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Joshua has extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic pain and physical disabilities. He is particularly passionate about helping injured workers return to the workforce safely and sustainably through personalised, goal-oriented programs.
Multilingual and a strong communicator, Joshua speaks fluent English, has working proficiency in Mandarin, and understands Cantonese—allowing him to connect meaningfully with a diverse patient base.
Outside the clinic, Joshua brings the same energy and discipline to his own health and fitness. A former Hong Kong Youth Rugby Union representative (prop position), he understands firsthand the challenges of injury and rehabilitation. In his downtime, you’ll often find him weightlifting or refining his conversion kicks on the rugby field.
Joshua brings a positive, grounded presence to the team and is committed to helping each patient feel supported, empowered, and confident in achieving their health goals.
