John is the founding partner at Eyes On Optometrists. He completed his optometry degree at Melbourne University in 1979 and after working at the University for a short time started our Rosebud practice. He also went on to study Audiometry (hearing) though he no longer practices in this area. John was the first Eyes On member to complete his therapeutics degree, enabling him to prescribe a wide range of medications to treat common eye conditions. John is our specialist contact lens practitioner and has considerable experience in fitting keratoconic contact lenses. He has been certified to prescribe the Synergy hybrid lens.
