Joel Bialy

Joel has been caring for eyes in Mackay for more than 14 years. He loves helping people see clearly, combining advanced eye care with a caring, down-to-earth approach for families across the community. Joel Bialy graduated in 2011, completing further study in Ocular Therapeutics in 2014 and an Advanced Certificate in Glaucoma in 2023. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages, including young children and infants. Joel has a broad range of clinical interests, with particular focus on dry eye, glaucoma, myopia management, contact lenses (including RGP, mini scleral and Ortho-K), binocular vision, and vision-related learning difficulties, including challenges associated with neurodivergence.
