Dr Natasha Andreadis (Dr Tash) has a strong holistic and integrative approach to health and fertility. She combines this with evidence-based medicine, to provide a compassionate, thorough, and balanced approach. Dr Andreadis works primarily in: IVF and fertility care. Gynaecology. Hormone health. Hysteroscopic surgical procedures. Dr Andreadis is a qualified and experienced gynaecologist and fertility specialist, with over 20 years’ experience in medicine and over 10 years’ as a fertility specialist. She is a Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility (CREI) sub-specialist, making her uniquely qualified to manage infertility and hormonal issues. Her integrative approach means she investigates the impact of nutrition, lifestyle, and environment on reproductive health. She works with complementary health practitioners such as dieticians, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and Chinese Medicine practitioners to provide well-rounded care for her patients. Dr Andreadis is a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), whereby she helps patients make sustained positive lifestyle changes to enhance their reproductive health. She prescribes weight loss medications in conjunction with offering lifestyle advice and support. In 2000, Dr Andreadis graduated from Medicine at the University of NSW. After many years of further study and practice, she became a fellow of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG). Prior to this, she underwent generalist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. In 2008, she won the RANZCOG award for the highest mark in the Oral MRANZCOG exam, and in her final year of subspecialty training, she was a research fellow at Oxford, United Kingdom, and Utrecht, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Reproduction and Genetics from the University of Sydney. Dr Andreadis is committed to sharing her knowledge which she fulfils by teaching as a lecturer at the University of NSW. She has an informative women’s health and fertility podcast channel The Fanny Mechanic and runs a monthly Dr Tash book club. Her current research interests are in music therapy where she and researchers at USW are looking at how music can help reduce anxiety related to gynaecological and fertility procedures. Natasha has worked with FitBit, ModiBodi, Archery Australia and the NSW Institute of Sport consulting on women’s health. She was also formally an expert on Sarah Wilson’s “I Quit Sugar” TV program. Dr Andreadis also offers appointments after hours, on Saturdays and via telehealth.

A/Prof Devine works closely with her patients all the way from pre-conception care to the birth of their baby and beyond. Her approach is centred on collaboration and support, ensuring every patient enjoys a positive, personalised fertility experience. She is a compassionate listener who values and respects the wishes of her patients. Having completed her medical degree at The University of Sydney, A/Prof Devine worked at Westmead Hospital and The Royal Hospital for Women, where she obtained her RANZCOG specialist qualification in 2002. She spent more than 10 years in Canberra before returning to Sydney where she has a private practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and lower North Shore. A/Prof Devine proudly offers patient-centred care across the full fertility spectrum, including all aspects of single and LGBTQ+ fertility treatment, from donor cycles (eggs, sperm, and embryos) to partner IVF. She holds a special interest in the delivery of inclusive IVF and fertility care to the LGBTQ+ community. As a strong advocate for inclusive family building, A/Prof Devine is committed to making fertility services accessible to all individuals and couples, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. She is particularly passionate about improving access to fertility services for the LGBTQI+ community and has worked tirelessly in education and service delivery in this area. A/Prof Devine is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Macquarie University and has teaching hospital appointments at RNSH, Northern Beaches, and Bowral Hospitals. Additionally, she is a Visiting Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mater and North Shore Private Hospitals in Sydney.
