Dr. Julian Francis is a compassionate and committed dental practitioner who places patient care at the heart of everything he does. With a diverse academic and clinical background, Dr. Francis brings a holistic approach to oral health and wellbeing. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Griffith University (QLD), gaining hands-on experience across both public and private healthcare systems. Prior to dentistry, Dr. Francis achieved academic distinction in his Bachelor of Biomedical Science, where he was recognised as a top performer. Dr. Francis is fluent in Arabic and an active member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), ensuring he stays up to date with the latest advancements in dental care and patient safety. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Francis enjoys music production and sound engineering — a creative outlet that reflects his attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship in all aspects of his life.

LaTrobe University graduate Dr. Lewis Yang, with a Bachelor and Master’s in Dentistry, is dedicated to meticulous and patient-centric care. Specializing in restorative dentistry and minor oral surgery, he brings expertise to Narre Warren Dental Care.

Dr. Dilum is a compassionate and meticulous dentist committed to providing high-quality care with a gentle touch. Graduating from the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 2018, Dr. Dilum spent several years practicing in both rural and metropolitan areas of New Zealand before moving to Melbourne to be closer to family. With a special interest in Minor Oral Surgery, Preventative Dentistry, and Restorative Dentistry, Dr. Dilum takes a thorough and detail-oriented approach to treatment. Patients appreciate the time and care taken to explain procedures clearly, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their dental care.

After earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2014 and building extensive experience across private and community dental clinics in India, Dr. Manas relocated to Melbourne and successfully completed his Australian Dental Council (ADC) certification. He brings a compassionate and holistic approach to dentistry, ensuring every patient’s visit is comfortable, informative, and tailored to their individual needs. Dr. Manas is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and takes pride in caring for Melbourne’s diverse community. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in endodontic treatment and CAD/CAM technology.
