Dr Ern Chee has an interest in aesthetic dentistry, improving smiles and helping patients to achieve the results they’ve always wanted. Dr Ern Chee graduated from the University of Adelaide after obtaining her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008. As well as being a warm and friendly person, Dr Ern Chee is extremely approachable and cares about her patients, which is very evident in her work. Apart from general dentistry, Dr Ern Chee has interest in aesthetic dentistry, improving smiles and helping patients to achieve the results they’ve always wanted. After already developing a loyal patient base here at Relax Dental and Facial Care, Dr Ern Chee is keen to offer dentistry services to family members of all ages. She is dedicated to providing her patients with a caring, gentle and professional service.

Dr Cedric Ong graduated with a Masters of Dentistry at La Trobe University. He has spent a decade in regional Victoria learning and practising dentistry before deciding to relocate back to Melbourne. Dr Cedric’s gentle chair side manner ensures patients will have a positive experience at the dentist. His non-judgemental and respectful nature means he will provide you with options and support you in your treatment decisions. Dr Cedric is very competent in all aspects of dentistry, and believes that healthy mouths are integral to a healthy and happy lifestyle. Dr Cedric enjoys seeing people and families of all ages. He has a particular interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and orthodontics (straightening teeth with braces and clear aligners). To further his skills, Dr Cedric has undergone a post graduate diploma in orthodontics (2022-2023). Dr Cedric was born in Singapore and speaks Mandarin. Outside of dentistry, Dr Cedric enjoys being active by playing badminton and has recently been introduced to the world of bouldering. He also is an active member of a church and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

A friendly and compassionate dentist, Dr. Kelly loves treating her patients as a whole and working with them to achieve their dental goals. She values building great rapport with her clients - especially children.She strives to make their initial and subsequent visits very positive and fun! Graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 2009, Dr. Kelly went on to serve the community in public dental clinics in rural and remote areas of Victoria before moving into private practice. Dr. Kelly stays up-to-date with the advancements in dentistry by regularly attending Continuing Education Courses and Study Clubs. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but particularly in restorative,orthodontic and paediatric dentistry. Dr. Kelly is also passionate about airway-focused early orthopaedics/orthodontics to help children grow and develop healthily.

Dr. Amir Toroghi is the founder and principal dentist at Relax Dental and Facial Care in Blackburn North. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2006 in Tehran, Iran. Early in his career, Dr. Amir gained extensive experience working in the public health sector, running his own private clinic, and handling emergency and trauma cases during night shifts. After moving to Australia, he worked at the Royal Dental Hospital and LaTrobe Community Health Service before establishing Relax Dental Care in 2013. His approach is centred on preventive care and patient education, aiming to reduce the need for invasive procedures by addressing oral health issues early. He is committed to clear communication, ensuring that every patient fully understands their diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Amir also provides advanced facial aesthetic treatments. He has completed multiple training programs in the USA and Australia, focusing on non-surgical cosmetic procedures. He holds a Fellowship with the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics and a Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
