Dr. Shilpa Kalburgi is our Principal Dentist at Northside Family Dental. Dr Shilpa graduated in December 2003 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India, she obtained her Australian Dental Council (ADC) certificate in 2005 & has ever since worked as a trusted Canberra Dentist well over 20 years. Dr Shilpa has thoroughly attained expert mastery of clinical skills, enormous knowledge & extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry. From very young children having their very first dental visit, to teens, adults, pregnant women, special needs & the elderly, Dr Shilpa has excelled in providing quality dental treatment of any dental complexity across all ages. Dr Bharti Jaggi started with us early 2025 and is a dedicated Dentist who is very compassionate on building the trust of dental care for the whole family. Dr Bharti graduated in 2015 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences in India, gained valuable clinical experience as a Dentist in India. She moved to Australia and obtained her Australian Dental Council (ADC) certificate in 2024, ensuring her proficiency in Australian dental practices and clinical standards. Dr Bharti's focus is on patient comfort and delivering effective dental treatments, aiming to make each visit a positive dental experience for the patient. She has a strong exposure of dental treatment procedures for patients of all ages and can provide comprehensive all types of dental treatments. Dr Bharti is an excellent communicator to discuss and formulate appropriate dental treatment plans. She has expert mastery in guidance for preventing dental issues and focusses on maintaining optimal oral health, she has gained hands on expertise towards aesthetic dentistry and performing complex dental procedures such as root canal treatment. Outside of work, Dr Bharti is passionate about spending quality time with her family and believes in creating memories with her loved ones, especially enjoying fun swimming sessions with her son.
