Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2002. Since then, he has gained experience across a range of high-profile private practices and has also contributed to community care in the public sector.
Richard has a particular interest in facial aesthetics and reconstructive dentistry, with a strong focus on the connection between oral health, function, and overall well-being. That said, he finds the greatest joy in treating families, as he deeply values the importance of personal relationships.
His commitment to excellence is reflected in his ongoing pursuit of advanced training under the guidance of internationally renowned dental professionals. In fact, he often takes pride in being one of the youngest participants at leading professional development courses.
Outside of dentistry, Richard enjoys a variety of interests including sports, fine dining, fashion, music, and home theatre. When he’s not relaxing with music or watching an action movie, you’ll likely find him following Formula 1, the World Rally Championship, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, or the Tour de France.
Richard also holds a Certificate (Fellowship) from a U.S.-based orthodontic professional development association. He has been a member of both the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Australian Dental Association (ADA).
